Seventeen-year-old Nafisa Abdullah Aminu from Yobe State, Nigeria, has made her country proud by clinching the top spot in English language skills at the 2025 TeenEagle Global Finals.

The prestigious competition, which took place in London, United Kingdom, saw thousands of bright minds from around the world vying for top honors in various academic and communication challenges.

Nafisa emerged victorious among a pool of over 20,000 students representing 69 countries. Her outstanding performance not only showcased her mastery of the English language but also highlighted the potential of Nigerian students on the global stage.
